(b) To St. David's Chapel at Creswell, Harford County,
Maryland, to be used towards the payment of the salary of the
rector of said church, $500. 00.
2. To the following bequests contained in the will and codi-
cil of Charlotte R. Hall, late of Harford County, deceased,
dated (will) June 1st, 1904, and (codicil) July 13th, 1905,
and recorded among the Will Records of Harford County in
Liber J. A. No. 15, folio 321, viz:
(a) To purchase a pair of altar candle sticks (not silver)
to be placed on the altar of Saint Mary's Church, Harford
County, Maryland, Rev. William F. Brand, Rector, $50. 00.
(b) To the vestry of Saint Mary's Church, Emmorton,
Harford County, Maryland, contained in the Will and Codicil
of said Charlotte R. Hall, dated and recorded as aforesaid.
Said sum to be kept invested and the income applied regularly
to church purposes and maintenance of church services there,
$1, 000. 00.
3. To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Selina Marshall Smith, late of Baltimore City, in
the State of Maryland, deceased, being in exercise of a power
of appointment under the Will of her husband, Dennis Alex-
ander Smith, deceased, and out of her individual estate, said
will having been probated in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore
City on January 10, 1931, and being on record in the office
of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber E.
R. D. No. 168, folio 499.
(a) To the vestry of Christ Protestant Episcopal Church of
St. Michaels, Maryland, $5, 000. 00.
(b) To the vestry of St. Luke's Protestant Episcopal
Church, now located on Carey Street, Baltimore, Maryland,
$1, 000. 00.
(c) To the Children's Home of the Eastern Shore of Mary-
land, situated at Easton, Talbot County, Maryland, $5, 000. 00.
(d) To Reverend Henry Nelson O'Connor, Rector of St.
Luke's Protestant Episcopal Church, $1, 000. 00.
(e) To the devise and bequest in equal shares of the rest and
residue of the appointed and individual estates to the vestry
of Christ Protestant Episcopal Church of St. Michaels, Mary-
land, and the Children's Home of the Eastern Shore of Mary-
land.
