Mary Elizabeth Posey Sage to Sarah E. Grimes, dated De-
cember 4, 1919, and recorded among the Land Records of
Washington County in Liber 156, folio 288.

9.      To conveyance of all those two lots or parcels of land
lying and being in Washington County and State of Mary-
land, in the "Hagerstown Manufacturing, Mining and Land
Improvement Company's No. (2) Addition to Hagerstown";
being lots Nos. (3) and (4) in Section (27) of said addition,,
said lots being contiguous, each of said lots having a frontage
of (25) feet on the west side of Poplar Street, now Summit
Avenue, and run back at right angles to said Poplar Street a
distance of (150) feet to an alley. Being the same property
which was conveyed by C. Samuel Eckstein and Carrie C.
Eckstine, his wife, to the Trustees of the members of the
Howard Street Methodist Episcopal Church of Hagerstown
Station, by deed dated the 1st day of November, 1923, and
recorded in Liber No. 166, folio 650, one of the Land Records
of Washington County, Maryland.

10.     To conveyance of lots Nos. (1) and (2) in Section
(27) in the Hagerstown Manufacturing, Mining and Land
Improvement Company's No. (2) Addition to Hagerstown7
in Washington County and State of Maryland, each of the
said lots having a frontage of (25) feet on the west side of
Poplar Street, now Summit Avenue, and extends back there-
from, at right angles to said Poplar Street a distance of (150)
feet to an alley; being the same realty which was conveyed by
Elhanan S. Miller and Cora A. Miller, his wife, to the Trus-
tees of the members of the Howard Street Methodist Episcopal
Church of Hagerstown Station, by deed dated the 1st day of
November, 1923, and recorded in Liber No. 166, folio 650,
one of the Land Records of said Washington County, Mary-
land.

11.      To the following bequest contained in the last will
and testament of Clara B. Reinicker, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, which will bearing date of December 7, 1927, is
now of record in the office of the Register of Wills for Balti-
more City in Wills Liber E. R. D. No. 167, folio 151, etc.

To The North Baltimore Station of the Methodist Episco-
pal Church, located on East Monument Street, near Sterling
Street, Baltimore City, Maryland, a Maryland corporation,;
$100. 00.
