367C. From and after June 1, 1931, all appeals from jus-
tices of the peace in Allegany County in all criminal and civil
cases, except criminal prosecutions under the Motor Vehicle
Law, shall be taken within twenty (20) days from the rendi-
tion of the judgment.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That all that part of
Article 52 of the Annotated Code of Maryland and all other
Acts or parts of Acts in so far as the same apply to justices
of the peace in Allegany County which are inconsistent with
the terms and provisions of this Act, be, and the same are
hereby repealed.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the first day of June, 1931.

CHAPTER 58.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 1 of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Allegany
County, " sub-title "Crimes and Punishments, " said new sec-
tion to be known as Section 125B and to follow immediately
after Section 125A of said Article, relating to tramps and
vagrants within the limits of Allegany County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added to
Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Allegany County, " sub-title "Crimes
and Punishments, " said new section to be known as Section
12 5B, to follow immediately after Section 12 5A of said Arti-
cle, and to read as follows:
125B. Any person, not insane, who shall wander about
within the limits of Allegany County, and who lodges in market
louses, market places, or in other public buildings, or upon the
streets, alleys or highways thereof, or in barns, outhouses, bar-
racks, tents, sheds, parks, or in the open air, without having
any lawful occupation, or without having any visible means
of support, shall be deemed to be a tramp and shall be subject
