To the State Board of Welfare, for the construction of a new
penal institution and equipment for same at the site which has
been acquired in Washington County, $900, 000, of which
$200, 000 shall be from the issue of August 15, 1931; $300, 000
from the issue of February 15, 1932, and $400, 000 from the
issue of August 15, 1932.

To the State Board of Welfare, for repairs and improve-
ments to the Maryland Penitentiary, $60, 700, of which $35, -
700 shall be from the issue of February 15, 1932, and $25, 000
from the issue of August 15, 1932.

To the State Board of Welfare, for construction at the House
of Correction of an addition to the dining room and equip-
ment for same, $75, 000, and for additions to the water supply,
$15, 000; aggregating $90, 000, of which $15, 000 shall be from
the issue of August 15, 1931, and $75, 000 from the issue of
August 15, 1932.

To the Conservation Department, for the completion of the
Marine Laboratory, $25, 000, of which $10, 000 shall be from
the issue of August 15, 1931, and $15, 000 from the issue of
February 15, 1932.

To the University of Maryland (for the State Department
of Forestry), for the acquisition of forest lands, $25, 000, and
for the erection of fire observation towers, $10, 000; aggregat-
ing $35, 000, of which $10, 000 shall be from the issue of Au-
gust 15, 1931, and $25, 000 from the issue of February 15,
1932.

To the Annapolis Emergency Hospital, for completion of
addition to building, $25, 000, all from the issue of February
15, 1932.

To St. Mary's Female Seminary, for completion of build-
ing, $19, 000, all from the issue of February 15, 1932.

To the State Tobacco Warehouse, for the completion of re-
pairs, alterations and improvements to said warehouse, $34, -
300, all from the issue of February 15, 1932.

To the Board of Public Works, for the acquisition of a site
in Annapolis, Maryland, and for the construction and equip-
ment of a building to be known as the Memorial Hall of Rec-
ords, $200, 000, all from the issue of August 15, 1932;

To the Maryland Training School for Colored Girls, in ac-
cordance with House Bill No. 350, if enacted, for the acqui-
sition of a site and construction thereon of a building or build-
ings and for equipment for same, $150, 000, all from the issue
of August 15, 1931.
