of the Seventh Election District of said Montgomery County
to the center line of a public road known as the Orndorf Mill
Road; thence easterly along the center line of said Orndorf
Mill Road to and crossing the public road known as the Old
Georgetown Road to the east line thereof; thence southerly
along the east line of said Old Georgetown Road to the south-
west corner of that certain tract of 125. 55 acres of land desig-
nated and described in deed recorded among the Land Records
for said county in Liber J. G. H. 2, folio 59, known as the
property of H. T. Newcomb; thence east along the north line
of a public road known as Grosvenor's Lane to the center line
of the public road known as the Georgetown and Rockville
Pike; thence northerly along the center line of said George-
town and Rockville Pike to the center line of a public road
known as the Garrett Park Road; thence easterly along the
center line of said Garrett Park Road to the west line of Rock
Creek; thence southerly along the west line of Rock Creek to
the east line of the property of Charles C. Bohrer, being the
certain tract of land particularly designated and described in
deed recorded among the Land Records for said Montgomery
County in Liber J. A. 46, folio 38; thence in a southwesterly
direction and following the east line of the said Charles C.
Bohrer property to the northeast corner of the M. E. Coolidge
property; thence along the east line of said M. E. Coolidge
property and across the public road known as the Jones Bridge
Road to the north line of the property of the Columbia Coun-
try Club; thence west along said Jones Bridge Road and said
north line of the property of the said Columbia Country Club
to the west line of the property of the said Columbia Country
Club; thence in a southerly direction along the west boundary
line of the property of the Columbia Country Club to the north-
west corner of the property of Chevy Chase Land Company;
thence south along the west line of said Chevy Chase Land
'Company property to the southwest corner of said Chevy Chase
Land Company property; thence east along the south line of
said Chevy Chase Land Company property crossing the right
of way of the Metropolitan Southern Branch of the Baltimore
& Ohio Railroad Company to the northeast corner of the prop-
erty of Mary E. Patten, et al.; thence southwesterly along the
western boundary of the Chevy Chase Land Company prop-
erty to the Bethesda-Silver Spring Highway; thence easterly
