declared to be a lien upon the respective taxpayers' real estate
in said town from the date of their levy until paid.

395A. The Commissioners of Eagle Harbor shall have au-
thority to appoint a Park Commission, consisting of five mem-
bers, for a term of two years. The said Park Commission
shall have charge and control of all public parks and squares
belonging to and controlled by or in the custody of the Com-
missioners of Eagle Harbor.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1931.

CHAPTER 237.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 41
of Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1930 Edition), title "Montgomery County, " sub-title
"Bethesda, " so as to make the western boundary line of the
Bethesda Fire Department area conform to the western
boundary line of the Bethesda Election District and to in-
clude therein additional territory north of the Bethesda-
Silver Spring Highway.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 41 of Article 16 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Montgomery
County, " sub-title "Bethesda, " be and the same is hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

41. For the purpose of providing funds with which to estab-
lish, maintain and operate a fire department within the area
in Bethesda District in said Montgomery County, particu-
larly designated and described, and lying and being within the
bounds, courses and distances, as follows, to wit: Beginning
at a point on the western boundary line of the District of Co-
lumbia where the said boundary line and the center line of
the public road known as the River Road intersect, and run-
ning thence northwesterly along the center line of said River
Road to a stream of water known as Thomas Creek, thence
