after their appointment and qualification, and shall be at all
times under the supervision and orders of the said Chief of.
Police, and each of the members aforesaid shall at all times-
while on duty, unless otherwise ordered by the Chief of
Police, wear such uniforms and equipment as may be pre-
scribed by the County Commissioners. That the Chief of
Police shall at all times be under the supervision and orders
of the County Commissioners. That each member of said
police force shall be required, before entering upon the duties
of his office, to execute a bond to the State of Maryland, to be
approved by the County Commissioners, in the penalty of two
thousand dollars ($2, 000. 00), conditioned for the faithful per-
formance of the duties of his office, said bond to be recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Prince
George's County; that any and all members of said Prince
George's County Police are hereby required to execute any and
all writs or process issued by the Police Justice of Prince
George's County or any justice of the peace of Prince George's
County.

SEC. 8. And be it further enacted, That the County Com-
missioners are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to
purchase equipment, including motor vehicles or motorcycles
with or without side cars, in such number as in their judg-
ment may be advisable, for the use of the Prince George's
County Police, and said County Commissioners from time to
time may sell, trade or otherwise dispose of said motor vehicles
or motorcycles and purchase new ones at any time they may
deem the purchase of new motor vehicles or motorcycles neces-
sary; and all equipment, automobiles or motorcycles purchased
under this Act shall be and remain the property of the county,
and shall be returned by the members of the police force to
whom the said equipment may be issued, upon separation, for
any cause, from said force.

SEC. 9. And be it further enacted, That the County Com-
missioners of Prince George's County shall have full authority
and supervision over any and all members of said police force,
and shall pass such orders and regulations governing their
actions as said Commissioners in their discretion shall, from
time to time, deem necessary.

SEC. 10. And be it further enacted, That the County Com-
missioners are hereby authorized, directed and empowered to*
maintain in the Town of Upper Marlboro, Prince George's-
