dollars ($300. 00), and in addition thereto shall forfeit his
dredging and/or tonging license for the remainder of the'
season.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1931.

CHAPTER 223.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
74 of Article 72 of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland, title "Oysters, " sub-title "Potomac, " relating to
to the taking of oysters in a certain area in the Potomac
River; and to repeal Section 75 of Article 72 of the Code
of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Oysters, " sub-
title "Potomac, " relating to the permits to catch unmer-
chantable oysters in a certain area.

CHAPTER 224.
A1NT ACT to authorize and empower the Board of County Com-
missioners for Frederick County to borrow upon the faith
and credit of said county, to the amount of one hundred
twenty-four thousand dollars ($124, 000. 00), and to issue
and sell coupon bonds therefor, the proceeds thereof to be
used by the Board of County Commissioners, and the Board
of Education for Frederick County, to pay for the construc-
tion, building and equipping of schools in Frederick County,,
heretofore constructed and contracted for in said county,,
for land heretofore purchased for school sites, and to refund
such portions of a program of school construction of the
Board of Education for Frederick County as may have been
temporarily financed by the Board of Education for Fred-
erick County, and for the construction, erection and enlarge-
ment, repair or improvement and equipment of public-
