purpose of maintaining, constructing and completing same, said
road being less than thirty feet wide and described as follows:
Beginning for the first part of the road herein described on
the north side of the Washington, Baltimore and Annapolis
Railroad (south shore) at Gambrills Station, and running with
a width of fifteen feet in an easterly direction and parallel to
said railroad for a distance to be decided upon by the said
County Commissioners.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1931.

CHAPTER 206.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
203 and 208 of Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Wicomico County, "
sub-title "Revenue and Taxes, " providing for the payment
of county taxes in two installments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 203 and 208 of Article 23 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Wicomico County, " sub-title "County Commissioners, ' be
and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:
203. The County Commissioners shall make their annual
levy for State and county taxes on or before the first Tuesday
in June in each and every year, and said one-half of county
taxes and one-half of all County taxes due from incorporated
institutions shall be due and payable on and after the first day
of July in the year in which they are levied and the other one-
half of said taxes shall be due and payable on the first day of
January following their levy. On all county taxes, either the
first installment of county taxes or the whole amount of county
taxes paid before the first day of September, a. discount of
three per cent. (3%) shall be allowed; on such taxes paid in
September, a discount of two per cent. (2%) shall be allowed.
