in said year, interest of one-half of one per cent, shall be
charged if paid at any time during said month of October,
and interest of one-half of one per cent, shall be charged for
each additional month or fraction thereof that such taxes shall
remain unpaid.
208. All taxes levied by said Commissioners shall be in
arrear after the first day of February succeeding the date of the
levy, and it shall be the duty of the treasurer to collect such
taxes in arrear according to law.
The treasurer, within fifteen days after the first day of Feb-
ruary succeeding the levy, shall deliver or mail to the last
known post office address of each delinquent taxpayer an aggre-
gate account of the amount of his assessment and taxes thereon,,
with a notice to said delinquent thereto attached, that unless
payment be made in full before the first day of March next
after the mailing or delivery of said notice that same will be
collected by process of law, and the treasurer shall enforce the
payment of all taxes remaining unpaid on the first day of
March next after the delivering or mailing of said notices, in
the manner prescribed by law, by a sale of either real or
personal property of the delinquent.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1931.

CHAPTER 207.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
89 and 90 of Article 5 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Calvert County, " sub-
title "County Treasurer, " prescribing the office hours and
compensation of the County Treasurer of Calvert County,
and adding two new sections to said Article 5, to follow
immediately after Section 90, one to be known as Section
90A, providing for the beginning of the treasurer's term
of office and of the payment of his salary, empowering him
to receive, collect and enforce the payment, after his term,
and providing for additional compensation therefor; and
