the penal sum of fifteen thousand dollars ($15, 000) for the
faithful performance of his duties hereunder.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1931.

CHAPTER 190.
AN ACT to repeal Sections 239 to 257, both inclusive, of
Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Prince George's County, " sub-title
"Colmar Manor, " and to enact in lieu thereof a new charter
for the Town of Colmar Manor, to be known as Sections
239 to 257P, both inclusive, of said Article 17.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, - That Sections 239 to 257, both inclusive, of Article
17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Prince George's County, " sub-title "Colmar
Manor, " be and they are hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That a new charter for
the Town of Colmar Manor be and it is hereby enacted to be
known as Sections 239 to 257P, both inclusive1, of said Article
17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, and to
read as follows:
239. The inhabitants of the Town of Colmar Manor, First
Addition to Colmar Manor, Lenox, and Top Notch as herein-
after defined, are hereby created a. body corporate by the name
of the Mayor and Town Council of Colmar Manor, and by
that name may have perpetual succession, sue and be sued,
have and use a common seal, and may purchase and hold all
kinds of property including real estate, or may dispose of the
same by sale or lease for the benefit of said town.
240. The boundaries of the said Town of Colmar Manor
shall be as follows: Beginning at the intersection of east
boundary line of the Fort Lincoln Cemetery with the line of
