SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1931.

CHAPTER 167.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 71
of Article 39 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1929
Supplement), title "Fish and Fisheries, " sub-title "Part 3.
Non-Tidal Waters, " to change the open season for Rock
fishing in the non-tidal waters of the Susquehanna River
below the Conowingo Dam.

CHAPTER 168.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
127A of Chapter 320 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland, Session of 1927, said section having been
edited and codified by Horace E. Flack under the provisions
of Chapter 193 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, Session of 1929, and designated as Section 195
of Article 16 of the Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Montgomery County, " sub-title "County Commissioners, "
so as to provide for compensation of the County Commis-
sioners of Montgomery County in the sum of one thousand
eight hundred dollars ($1, 800) per annum.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 127A of Chapter 320 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland, Session of 1927, said
section having been edited and codified by Horace E. Flack
under the provisions of Chapter 193, of the Acts of the Genera]
