391B. That in the selection of a panel to consist of two
hundred (200) male persons as provided for in the preceding
section, and to be known as the petit jury panel, the total of
two hundred names shall be selected from the fifteen election
districts of said county in the following proportions: Twenty
names from District No. 1, ten names from District No. 2,
ten names from District No. 3, ten names from District No. 4,
ten names from District No. 5, ten names from District No. 6,
ten names from District No. 7, thirteen names from District
No. 8, twenty names from District No. 9, ten names from
District No. 10, twelve names from District No. 11, fifteen
names from District No. 12, fifteen names from District No.
13, fifteen names from District No. 14, twenty names from
District No. 15.

391D. That in the selection of a panel to consist of one
hundred (100) male persons as provided for in the preceding
section, and to be known as the grand jury panel, the total of
one hundred names shall be selected from the fifteen districts
of said county in the following proportions: Eight names from
District No. 1, seven names from District No. 2, six names
from District No. 3, six names from District No. 4, six names
from District No. 5, six names from District No. 6, six names
from District No. 7, seven names from District No. 8, eight
names from District No. 9, six names from District No. 10,
six names from District No. 11, seven names from District No.
12, seven names from District No. 13, seven names from Dis-
trict No. 14, and seven names from District No. 15.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from and after June 1st, 1931.

CHAPTER, 26.

AN ACT to repeal and- re-enact, with amendments, Section
766 of Article 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Washington County, " sub-
title "Smithsburg, " to provide for salaries for the Assistant
Burgess and the Commissioners of Smithsburg.
