showing the amount and quantity of grain threshed, the price
agreed upon for threshing the same, the name for whom the
threshing was done and a description of the land upon which
the grain was grown. Unless the person entitled to the lien
shall file such statement within the time aforesaid, he shall
be deemed to have waived his right thereto.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1931.

CHAPTER 143.

AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Commissioners
of Charles County to issue coupon bonds to the extent of
twenty-three thousand dollars ($23, 000) on the faith and
credit of said county for erecting, equiping and furnishing
additions, to Pomonkey Industrial School and the Hughes-
ville High School and for additional equipment for the
Glasva High School in said county, and to levy a tax on the
assessable property of said county to pay the interest on
said bonds and to pay for said bonds as they become due and
payable.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That for the purpose of raising the money necessary
for the erection, equipment and furnishing of additions to
Pomonkey Industrial School and the Hughesville High School
and for additional equipment for the Glasva High School as
hereinafter specified, including heating and lighting equip-
ment and for all other purposes incidental thereto, the County
Commissioners are hereby authorized and directed to issue
coupon bonds to the amount of twenty-three thousand dollars
($23, 000); said bonds to be issued in denominations of five
hundred dollars ($500) or one thousand dollars ($1, 000) each,
numbered consecutively, said bonds to be dated June 1, 1931,
and to bear interest from date of issue at a rate to be "fixed by
the County Commissioners of said Charles County, or a ma-
jority of them, not exceeding five per centum (5%) per an-
num, payable semi-annually, and shall mature serially: one
thousand dollars ($1, 000) annually, beginning June 1, 1938,
