Second Ward—

Bounded on the north by the center line of Kent Street.

On the east by the center line of Maple Avenue extended
and the southerly boundary of the leasehold lands of
Washington College.

On the south by the center line of Queen Street.

On the west by the westerly boundary of Chestertown.
Third Ward—

Bounded on the north by the northerly boundary of Ches-
tertown.

On the east by the center line of the Pennsylvania Rail-
road to a point where it intersects the center line of
Prospect Street, the center line of Prospect Street, and
the center line of Maple Avenue extended until it meets
Prospect Street.

On the south by the center line of Kent Street.

On the west by the westerly boundary of Chestertown.
Fourth Ward—

Bounded on the north by the northerly boundary of Ches-
tertown.

On the east by the easterly boundary of Chestertown.

On the south by the southerly boundary of the leasehold
lands of Washington College to the Arch Bridge at the
intersection of Washington Avenue and Maple Ave-
nue; thence by the center line of Maple Avenue ex-
tended to Prospect Street; thence by the center line of
Prospect Street to a point where it intersects the center
line of Pennsylvania Railroad.

On the west by the center line of Pennsylvania Railroad.

Voters.

90. The inhabitants of Chestertown, who shall have resided
therein for twelve months, next preceding the municipal elec-
tion, of twenty-one years of age, assessed for two hundred dol-
lars ($200. 00) of property within the corporate limits and
who have paid all corporation taxes previous to the election,
shall on the third Monday of July, 1931, elect by ballot one
person to be Mayor of said town, and all said voters qualified
as aforesaid shall on the third Monday of July, 1931, elect
four persons to be members of the council of said town, one
from each of the four wards, who shall have the necessary
