for the benefit of said corporation and all property and funds
of every kind belonging to said corporation are vested in the
Mayor and Council of Chestertown,.

Boundaries.

87.      The corporate limits of Chestertown shall be as fol-
lows: Beginning at a point in the center of the Bridge where
the public road from Chestertown to Tolchester crosses Rad-
cliffe Creek, thence

(1)   Running in a northeasterly direction to a point, which
is the intersection of the east side: of College Avenue with the
west side of Washington Avenue, marked by a granite stone,
which point is also the northerly corner of the leasehold lands
of Washington College; thence

(2)   Running southeasterly on the division line between the
leasehold lands of Washington College and the lands of Wil-
liam A. Bell, Margaret C. Bell and the lands formerly owned
by Hope H. Barroll to Chester River; thence

(3)   By said river to the division line between the properties
of the Peerless Fertilizer Company and the Atlantic Refining
Company, formerly owned by Thomas W. Spranklin; thence

(4)   Running by said line to the center line of the road
leading from Chestertown to Pomona; thence

(5)   By straight line to the beginning.

CORPORATE PROPERTY.

88.      The property and funds of every kind belonging to or
in possession of said town are vested in said corporation, and
said corporation may receive in trust and control for the pur-
pose thereof all money or other property which may have been
or shall be bestowed on such corporation by will, deed, gift or
conveyance in trust for the general corporation purposes or in
aid of the indigent poor, or for the general purpose of educa-
tion, or for purposes of any description within the town.

Wards.

8. 9. The Town of Chestertown shall be divided into four
wards, bounded as follows:
First Ward—

Bounded on the north by the center line of Queen Street.
On the east by the southerly boundary of the leasehold
lands of Washington College.
