atrist duly licensed as a physician by the State of Maryland,
and a stenographer to aid the said physician. Said physicians
and said stenographer shall perform such duties as said magis-
trate may require, and receive from the Mayor and City Coun-
cil of Baltimore such salaries as may be appropriated in the
annual ordinance of estimates.
886J. The Magistrate for Juvenile Causes is hereby au-
thorized to appoint one additional person as stenographer and
typist to serve during his pleasure, who shall receive from the
Mayor and City Council of Baltimore City such salary as may
be appropriated in the annual ordinance of estimates. Said
person shall perform such duties as said magistrate may
require.
886K. The Magistrate for Juvenile Causes shall maintain
complete records of cases brought before him. All such records
having to do with minors under the age of sixteen years shall
be withheld from indiscriminate public inspection, but shall be
open to inspection by the parent or other authorized repre-
sentative of the person concerned, and in the discretion of the
court by any other person having legitimate interest.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1931.

CHAPTER 543.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 2.
Section 17, Section 20, Paragraph B of Section 59 and
Section 73 of Article 99 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1929 Supplement), title "Water Fowl, Birds and
Game"; sub-titles "Hunter's License, " "Upland and Mi-
gratory Game Birds and Game Animals, " "Bag Limits and
Export of Game, " "Otter, Muskrat, Raccoon and Opossum"
and "Elk and Deer, " as said Article was enacted by Chapter
568, Acts of 1927, and amended and re-enacted by Chapter
557, Acts of 1929, and Chapter 420, Acts of 1929 and Chap-
ter 416, Acts of 1929.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 2, 17, 20, Paragraph B of Section 59
and Section 73 of Article 99 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
