To the gift and bequest to the Volunteers of America, Inc.,
of one-third of the rest, residue and remainder of the estate of
James T. Knight, late of Baltimore City, deceased, contained in
the last will and testament of said deceased, of record in the
office of the Register of Wills for said city in Wills Liber E.
R. D. 164, folio 118, etc.

To the Methodist Hospital Association, Inc. (otherwise known
as Maryland General Hospital), a corporation of the State of
Maryland, under the last will and testament of Lina R. Shelton
deceased, which said last will and testament is dated June 5,
1929, and recorded at the office of the Register of Wills for
Baltimore City in Wills Liber E. R. D. No. 167, folio 50, etc.,
.a bequest of five thousand dollars ($5,000).

To the bequest of three thousand dollars ($3,000) to the First
English Lutheran Church of Baltimore City, the correct corpo-
rate title being First Evangelical Lutheran Church of Balti-
more, a body corporate, contained in Item 14 of the last will
and testament of Lina R. Shelton, late of Baltimore City, de-
ceased, said will being recorded in the office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore City in Liber E. R. D. No. 147, folio 50, etc.

To the deed from the Ten Hills Company, a body corporate,
to Christian Temple, of Baltimore City, State of Maryland, a
body corporate, its successors and assigns, dated March 2, 1931,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber S. C. L. No. 5200, folio 245, etc., conveying for religious
purposes a lot of ground in fee simple, bounding on the north-
west side of Edmondson avenue one hundred and eighty feet,
and known as Nos. 5104 to 5110 Edmondson avenue.

To the lease and conveyance to Trustees of St. Matthew's
Evangelical Lutheran Church of Highlandtown, Baltimore
County, a body corporate, dated March 13, 1918, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C.
No. 495, folio 57, for property at the northwest corner of Six-
teenth and Fleet streets.

To' the deed and conveyance to the Baltimore Mission So-
ciety, Inc., a body corporate, dated February 13, 1929, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 5009, folio 285, for property at the northwest cor-
ner of Sixteenth and Fleet streets.

To the sale, grant and deed to the First Colored Baptist
Church, Incorporated, a body corporate, its successors and as-
signs, from William H. Young, which deed is1 dated April 15th,
1929, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
in Liber S. C. L. No. 4992, folio 191, etc.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1931.
