AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 176
of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1924
Edition), title "Licenses," sub-title "Motor Vehicles," sub-
heading "Motorcycle Deputies," relating to the number of
motorcycle deputies.

CHAPTER 528.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Paragraphs
A, B, D, E, E, G, H, I and J of Section 38 and Paragraphs
B and C of Section 40, Section 43 and Section 44 of Article
99 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1929 Supplement),
title "Water Eowl, Birds and Game," sub-title "Water Fowl
and Migratory Birds. Use of Boats Prohibited. Blinds,"
as enacted by Chapter 568, Acts of 1927, and amended and
re-enacted by Chapter 366, Acts of 1929.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Paragraphs A, B, D, E, F, G, H, I and J
of Section 38 and Paragraphs B and C of Section 40, Section
43 and Section 44 of Article 99 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1929 Supplement), title "Water Fowl, Birds and
Game," sub-title "Water Fowl and Migratory Birds. Use of
Boats Prohibited. Blinds," be and they are hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
38. (a) It shall be unlawful to hunt any wild duck, goose,,
swan or brant within the limits of the State of Maryland, be-
tween the first day of February and the thirty-first day of
October, in each and every year, both dates inclusive, and it
shall be further unlawful to have in possession any such wild
duck, goose, swan or brant between the tenth day of February
and the thirty-first day of October in each and every year, and
it shall be unlawful to hunt any of the game birds herein men-
tioned on Sunday. Provided, however, it shall be unlawful to-
hunt water fowl on the Chester River and its tributaries within
the jurisdiction of Kent County during the open season, as pro-
vided herein on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Satur-
