(3)    To the Home for Incurables, Baltimore City, the sum
of $250.

(4)     To the General German Orphan Association of Mary-
land, maintaining the General German Orphan Home, the sum
of $250.

(5)    To the General German Aged Peoples' Home, the sum
of $250.

(6)     To the First English Lutheran Church of Baltimore,
the sum of $3,000.

To the bequests contained in the last will and testament of
Thomas H. Bock, late of Somerset County, deceased, and the
codicil thereto, which said will and testament and the codicil
have been admitted to probate in the Orphans' Court for said
Somerset County, as follows:

(1)    To the Trustees of Asbury Methodist Episcopal Church
of the Wilmington Conference, located at Lawsonia, Somerset
County, Maryland, the sum of $5,000...

(2)    To the Antioch Methodist Episcopal Church of the Wil-
mington Conference, Princess Anne,. Maryland, the sum of
$20,000.

(3)     To the Board of Stewards of the Wilmington Confer-
ence of the Methodist Episcopal Church, a corporation of the
State of Delaware, the sum of $25,000.

To the grant and conveyance in fee contained in a deed from
Harry T. Phoebus and Vera B. Phoebus, his wife, to the Trus-
tees of St. Peter's Methodist Episcopal Church of St. Peter's.
District, Somerset County, Maryland, a religious corporation,
and St. Stephen's Methodist Episcopal Church of Salisbury Dis-
trict, Wilmington Conference, a religious corporation, of cer-
tain real estate in St. Peter's Election District, Somerset County,.
Maryland, said deed being dated the 16th day of June, 1925,
and recorded among the Land Records of said Somerset County
in Liber W. J. S. No. 92, folio 77, etc.

To the following bequests contained in the last will and testa-
ment of George W. Feeser, late of Carroll County; the said
will being probated March 24, 1931, and recorded in the
office of the Register of Wills of Carroll County in Liber W.
F. B. No. 13, folio —:

(1)    The sum of two hundred dollars ($200) to the Trustees
of the Evangelical Lutheran Congregation of the Mount Union
Church of Carroll County, in the State of Maryland, for the up-
keep of my wife's (Missouri C. Feeser) and my own graves.

(2)    All the rest and residue of my estate, real and personal,
including cash money, I give and bequeath to the Trustees of
the Evangelical Lutheran Congregation of the Mount Union
Church of Carroll County, in the State of Maryland, for the
use and benefit of said church.
