1332                        LAWS OF MARYLAND.                 [CH. 526

To the conveyance in a Deed from James H. Cissel and wife,
Frances I. Cissel, to Convention of The Protestant Episcopal
Church of the Diocese of Washington, a corporation, organized
and existing by an Act of Congress, dated March 22, 1929, and
recorded April 16, 1929, in Liber 482, folio 488, one of the Land
Records of Montgomery County, Maryland, conveying Lots 1,
2 and 3 in Block "A" in the sub-division known as " Blair -
Takoma, Section Two," as per plat recorded in Plat Book 4,
folio 319, one of the Land Records of said county.

To the conveyance contained in a Deed from Edwin H. Row-
land and wife to the Port Deposit Presbyterian Church, dated
May 14, 1925, and recorded among the Land Records of Cecil
County in Liber H. W. L. No. 14, folio 592, etc.

To the devises and bequests contained in the last will and testa-
ment, and codicil thereto annexed, of Owen B. Corrigan, late
of Baltimore City, deceased, to the most Reverend Michael J.
Curley, Archbishop of Baltimore, a corporation sole, the sail
will being recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Balti-
more City in Will Liber E. R. D. No. 164, folio 220, etc.

To the bequests contained in the last will and testament of
Henry E. Mattingly, deceased, said will being probated on May
13, 1930, by the Orphans' Court for Allegany County and re-
corded in the office of the Register of Wills of said county, in
Wills Liber P., folio 152, etc., as follows:

(a)   To the Pastor in charge at the time of testator's death
of St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, Cumberland, Mary-
land, ,the sum of $350 to be used for the purposes set forth in
said will.

(b)   To the Pastor in charge at the time of testator's death
of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Cumberland, Maryland,
the sum of $150 to be used for the purposes set forth in said will.

(c)   To the Most Reverend Michael J. Curley, Roman Catho-
lic Archbishop of Baltimore, Maryland, for the time being and
his successors in the Archepiseopal See of Baltimore, a corpora-
tion sole, the residue and remainder of testator's estate for the
purposes mentioned in testator's will.

To the bequest of two thousand dollars ($2,000) to the Vestry
of the Church of the Ascension of Baltimore City as contained
in the last will and testament of Harry W. Barrington, late of
Baltimore City, deceased, which will was dated the 15th day of
August, 1929.

To the bequests contained in the last will and testament of
Linda R. Shelton, late of Baltimore City, deceased, duly admit-
ted to probate by the Orphans' Court for Baltimore City on
April 16, 1930, as follows:

(1)     To the Maryland General Hospital of Baltimore, the
sum of $5,000.

(2)    To the Maryland School for the Blind, the sum of $500.
