Home being vested in the Girls Friendly Society in Maryland,
Incorporated, a religious, educational and charitable corporation
duly incorporated under the laws of the State of Maryland, by
which last named corporation both the legal and equitable title
;to said bequest is claimed.

October 10, 1929, and recorded among the Land Records of

certain lots in block 22 of Greater Capitol Heights as per plat
thereof recorded among the Land Records of Prince George's
County in Liber B. D. S. No. 1, folios 60 to 65.

ard and Emma Jane Howard, his wife, to Har Zion Congrega-
tion, Inc., dated February 21, 1931, and recorded among the

thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, folio 10, one of the Land Rec-
ords of Prince George's County.

To the conveyance contained in a Deed from E. Brooke Lee
and wife, Elizabeth W. Lee, P. Blair Lee and wife, Elizabeth
Wayne Lee, to Convention of The Protestant Episcopal Church
of The Diocese of Washington, a corporation organized and
existing by an Act of Congress, dated March 26, 1929, and re-
corded April 5, 1929, in Liber 478, folio 475, one of the Land
Records of Montgomery County, Maryland, conveying Lots 14,
15 and 16 in Block "A" in the sub-division known as "Blair-
Takoma, Section Two," as per plat recorded in Plat Book 4, folio
319, one of the Land Records of said county.
