To the bequest of $100 to the Redemptorists, a body corporate,,
as contained in the last will and testament of Barbara Maier,
late of Baltimore City, said will being dated April 30, 1929,
and recorded in the office of the Register of "Wills of Baltimore
City in Wills Liber E. R. D. No. 167, folio 114, etc., said bequest
being given nominally thereunder to the "Rector of St. James
Roman Catholic Church—Eager and Aisquith Streets,"

To the conveyance contained in a Deed from Charles A. Herr-
mann and H. Lizzie Herrmann, his wife, to the Trustees of
the Methodist Episcopal Church of Emory Chapel at Ellieott's
Mills, a body corporate, dated June 16, 1915, and recorded among
the Land Records of Howard County in Liber W. W. L. No. 99,,
folio 427, etc.

To the conveyance in a Deed from Charles A. Herrmann and
H. Lizzie Herrmann, his wife, to the Trustees of the Methodist
Episcopal Church of Emory Chapel at Ellicott's Mills, a body
corporate, dated March 11, 1927, and recorded among the Land
Records of Howard County in Liber H. B. N. No. 129, folio
465, etc.

To the conveyance contained in a Deed from Charles A. Herr-
mann and H. Lizzie Herrmann, his wife, J. Edwin Kroh, Cora
V. Kroh, his wife, George L. Burgess and Isabelle T. Burgess,
his wife, to the Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church of
Emory Chapel at Ellicott's Mills, a body corporate, dated Feb-
ruary 12, 1927, and recorded among the Land Records of How-
ard County in Liber H. B. N. No. 129, folio 463, etc.

To the conveyance contained in a Deed from Mildred Bertina
Cook, et al, to John Wright, et al, Trustees, dated April 29,
1927, and recorded among the Land Records of Anne Arundel
County in Liber F. S. R. No. 17, folio 456, etc.

To the conveyance contained in a Deed from John Wright, et
al, Trustees, to the Trustees of Forest Grove Methodist Episcopal
Church of Anne Arundel County, Inc., dated June 24, 1927,
and recorded among the Land Records of Anne Arundel County
in Liber F. S. R. No. 17, folio 467, etc.

To the bequest contained in the last will and testament of
William Joseph Vannort, late of Kent County, deceased, dated
August 7, 1923, duly probated by the Orphans' Court for Kent
County on June 11, 1929, and recorded in the office of the Reg-
ister of Wills for Kent County aforesaid, in Wills Liber S. G. C.
No. 1, folio 379, etc., of the sum of five hundred dollars ($500)
to Christ Methodist Protestant Church, Chestertown, Maryland.

To the bequest contained in the last will and testament of
Margaret E. Maund, late of Baltimore City, deceased, which will
after being duly probated, is recorded in the office of the Reg-
ister of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber E. R. D. No:
