last will and testament of L. Victoria Handy, dated December
31, 1926.
To the bequest of two hundred dollars ($200) as contained
in the last will and testament of L. Victoria Handy, dated De-
cember 31, 1926, to The African Methodist Episcopal Church
Aged Home located at No. 207 Ausquith Street, Baltimore City.
To the bequest of $50 to the Redemptorists under the will of
Agnes Himmelheber, late of Baltimore City, deceased, said will
being dated the 27th day of March, 1925, and after being duly
probated is of record in the office of the Register of Wills of
Baltimore City aforesaid, in Liber E. R. D. No. 155, folio 294,
etc., the said bequest being given nominally in said will to "S.t.
Mary's Church, Duke of Gloucester Street, Annapolis, Mary-
land," but construed by the Circuit Court No. 2 of Baltimore
City, to be a bequest to the said Redemptorists, a body corporate.
To the bequest of $500 to the Redemptorists under ths will of
Anna F. Bruder, late of Baltimore City, deceased, which will
after being duly probated is of record in the office of the Reg-
ister of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber E. R. D. No. 163,
folio 88, etc., said bequest being given nominally in said will to
"St. James Roman Catholic Church," the correct corporate
name being the said Redemptorists.
To the following gifts, devises and bequests to the Redemptor-
ists, a body corporate, given under the wills of Rebecca Rosemer,
late of Baltimore City, deceased, said will being dated July 31,
1928, and recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Bal-
timore City in Wills Liber E. R. D. No. 163, folio 229, etc.:
(1) To the bequest of $1,000 for Masses, as in said will pro-
vided, the said bequest being given nominally in said will to the
"Reverend Pastor of St. James Church."
(2) To the bequest of $500, the said bequest being given
nominally in said will to " Redemptorist Fathers for the Porto
Rican and Virgin Island Missions."
(3) To the bequest and devise of an interest or share in the
rest and residue, if any, of the estate of the said Rebecca Rose-
mer, said interest to share being given nominally to "St. James
Church."
To the gifts, devises and bequests to Redemptorists, a body
corporate, given under the will of Anna M. Houck, late of Bal-
timore City, deceased, said will being dated May 22, 1929, and
recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City,
in Liber E. R. D. No. 168, folio 223, etc., as follows:
(1) To a legacy of $500, given nominally in said will to the
said "Redemptorists for Masses."
(2) To the devise and bequest of the rest and residue of the
estate of the said Anna M. Houck and given nominally in said
will to said Redemptorist for the use of the "St. Gerardi Poor
