To the bequests contained in the las,t will and testament of
Mary Sanders, late of Baltimore City, deceased, duly probated
by the Orphans' Court for Baltimore City and recorded in the
office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City aforesaid, in
Wills Liber E. R. D. No. 162, folio 256, etc., as follows:
(1) To the Tressler Orphan Home, Loysville, Pennsylvania,
one hundred dollars ($100) ;
(2) To the Inner Mission Society of the Lutheran Church,
Baltimore, one hundred dollars ($100).
To the conveyance contained in a Deed for the acquisition
of the property at the northeast corner of Caroline and Eager
Streets, Baltimore City, under a Contract of Sale by the Trus-
tees of Madison Square Centenary Methodist Episcopal Church
in the City of Baltimore to The Most Reverend Michael J.
Curley, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, for the time
being and his successors in the Archepiscopal See of Baltimore,
according to the discipline and government of the Roman Catho-
lic Church, a corporation sole, and the deed to be made in pur-
suance thereof and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City.
To the conveyance contained in a Deed from Charles W. Hull
and wife, to the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Our Saviour
of Lansdowne, dated January 18, 1892, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber L. M. B. No. 191,
folio 32, etc.
To the bequest made in the last will and testament of Mary
Troxell, late of Baltimore City, deceased, dated May 17, 1920,
and recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore
City aforesaid, in Wills Liber E. R, D. No. 161, folio 584, etc.,
and in the Codicil to said will dated May 5, 1927, and recorded
in the aforesaid Liber E. R. D. No. 161, folio 585, etc., as follows:
(1) To First Church of Christ, Scientist, located on Univer-
sity Parkway, Baltimore, Maryland, the sum of $500, a copy
of the first edition of "Science and Health, with Key to the
Scriptures," by Mary Baker Eddy and also all volumes of the
Christian Science Journal and Sentinel.
(2) To First Church of Christ, Scientist, located on Univer-
sity Parkway, Baltimore, Maryland, the sum of $4,000 in re-
mainder after the death of Eleanor Troxell.
To the conveyance contained in a Deed from Alice Richards,
Executrix of E. Hall Richardson, late of Harford County, de-
ceased, to The First Baptist Church in Bel Air, Harford County,
Maryland, conveying church building in Bel Air by Deed exe-
cuted November 16, 1910, and recorded among the Land Records
of Harford County in Liber J. A. R. No. 132, folio 190, etc.
To the bequest of one hundred dollars ($100) to The African
Methodist Bethel Church of Baltimore City as contained in the
