To the gift of two thousand eight hundred and seventy-eight
and 52/100 dollars ($2,878.52) from the Trustees of Baldwin
Memorial Methodist Episcopal Church to the Trustees of the
Baltimore Annual Conference of the Methodist Episcopal
Church, the income from which is to be applied to the upkeep
of the cemetery adjacent to said church.
To ,the gift of one thousand and fifty dollars ($1,050) from
the Trustees of Baldwin Memorial Methodist Episcopal Church
to the Trustees of the Baltimore Annual Conference of the
Methodist Episcopal Church, the income from which is to be
applied to the purchase of books and literature for the Sunday
School Library of said church.
To the gift of thirty-five hundred dollars ($3500) from the
Trustees of Baldwin Memorial Methodist Episcopal Church to
the Trustees of the Baltimore Annual Conference of the Metho-
dist Episcopal Church, and known as Springfield Baldwin
Memorial Fund, the income from which is to be applied to the
general purposes of the Trustees of said church.
To the gift of eleven thousand two hundred and fifty dollars
($11,250) collected by the Reverend Charles W. Baldwin and
by him given to the Trustees of the Balitmore Annual Confer-
ence of the Methodist Episcopal Church to be added to the C. C.
Baldwin Memorial Fund, and the income to be applied to the
payment of the minister's salary at Baldwin Memorial Methodist
Episcopal Church.
To the gift of seven thousand dollars ($7,000), collected by
the Reverend Charles W. Baldwin and given by him to the
Trustees of the Baltimore Annual Conference of the Methodist
Episcopal Church, the income from which is to be applied to
the maintenance, insurance and additions to Baldwin Memorial
Methodist Episcopal Church.
To the gift of two thousand dollars ($2,000) collected by the
Reverend Charles W. Baldwin and by him given to the Trustees
of ,the Baltimore Annual Conference of the Methodist Episcopal
Church, the income from which is to be applied .to repairs to the
church edifice of the said Baldwin Memorial Methodist Episcopal
Church.
To the in remainder after the death of Mary Wellslager of two
thousand dollars ($2,000) to The Evangelical Lutheran Church of
the Incarnation of Baltimore City, as contained in the last will
and testament of Lewis J. Lederer, deceased, late of Baltimore
City, which will after being duly probated is of record in the
office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber
E. R. D. No. 155, folio 58, etc., and to the assignment of said
legacy dated December 21, 1927, from The Evangelical Lutheran
Church of the Incarnation of Baltimore City to the First Eng-
lish Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore.
