To the conveyance contained in a Deed from Presbyterian
Association of Baltimore City, a corporation, to Calvary Pres-
byterian Church of Baltimore City, a corporation, dated the
20th day of October, 1930, and recorded among the Land Rec-
ords; of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5166, folio 583, etc.

To the conveyance contained in a Deed from the Nor,th Point
Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore County to The Hughes
Memorial Presbyterian Church of North Point, Maryland, dated
April 7, 1928, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more County in Liber W. H. M. No. 655, folio 105, etc.

To the bequest of five thousand dollars ($5,000) to the com-
mittee of the Presbyterian Church in the City of Baltimore,
otherwise known as the First Presbyterian Church of Baltimore,
as contained in the last will and testament of Ella Webb, de-
ceased, said will after being duly probated is of record in the
office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber
E. R. D. No. 163, folio 506, etc.

To the conveyance, assignment and gifts as contained in a
Deed to First Church of Christ, Scientist, of Baltimore City,
from Samuel K. Smith, Trustee, in accordance with the terms
of the last will and testament of Esther J. Kinsley, deceased,
dated September 19, 1922, and after being duly probated, is
of record in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City
in Liber E. R. D. No. 154, folio 590, etc., said Deed being dated
October 21, 1929, and recorded in the Land Office of Baltimore
City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5056, folio 279, etc., including in ad-
dition to the real estate therein mentioned, the following per-
sonal property:

(1)    $1,000 Consolidation Coal Company 5% bond due De-
cember 1, 1950;

(2)   Certificate of Deposit of New York Trust Company, rep-
resenting $1,000 Omaha and Council Bluffs Street Railway Com-
pany 5% bond due January 1, 1928;

(3)   The sum of $497.86 in cash.

(4)   Assignment of Mortgage to First Church of Christ,
Scientist, of Baltimore City, from Samuel K. Smith, dated Oc-
tober 21, 1929, and recorded among the Land Records of Bal-
timore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4621, folio 119, etc.

To the gift of fifteen thousand eight hundred and seven and
81/100 dollars ($15,807.81) from the Trustees of Baldwin
Memorial Methodist Episcopal Church at Severn Cross Roads,
Anne Arundel County, Maryland, to the Trustees of the Balti-
more Annual Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church,
and known as the C. C. Baldwin Memorial Fund, the income to
be applied towards the payment of the minister's salary at said
church.
