the Land Records of Baltimore City aforesaid, in Liber S. C. L.
No. 4545, folio 423, etc.

To the conveyance contained in a Deed from the Title Guar-
antee and Trust Company to the Trustees of the Aisquith Street
Presbyterian Church in the City of Baltimore, dated August
30, 1930, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5151, folio 514, etc.

To the conveyance contained in a Deed from the Title Guar-
antee and Trust Company to ,the Trustees of the Aisquith Street
Presbyterian Church in the City of Baltimore, dated August
30, 1930, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5151, folio 515, etc.

To the conveyance contained in a Deed from Harold C. Smith
to .the Board of Trustees of the Rockville Presbyterian Church,
in the Town of Rockville, dated December 9, 1929, and recorded
among the Land Records of Montgomery County in Liber 494,
folio 425.

To the bequest contained in the last will and testament of
William C. Hardy, late of Charles County, deceased, which said
will was duly probated by the Orphans' Court for Charles
County on January 21, 1930, and recorded in the office of the
Register of Wills for Charles County aforesaid, in Wills Liber
G. A. W. No. 21, folio 19, etc., to the Vestry of Port Tobacco
Parish, a corporation, one of the Vestries of the Protestant
Episcopal Church, in the State of Maryland, and within the
Diocese of Washington, all the bonds, stocks and moneys in
bank of the said William C. Hardy, the same to be used in ,the
discretion of the said Vestry for the upkeep and maintenance
of Piney Chapel, located within said Parish, in Charles County,
and for the maintenance and upkeep of the graveyard sur-
rounding the same.

To the conveyance contained in a Deed of Trust (unrecorded)
from Elizabeth Morton to the Trustees of the Presbytery of
Baltimore, said Deed of Trust being dated February 25, 1930.

To the conveyance contained in a Deed from Sack and Sons,
Incorporated, to the Trustees of the Presbytery of Baltimore,
dated July 22, 1930, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore County in Liber L. McL. M. No. 854, folio 320, etc.

To the conveyance contained in a Deed from Hebrew Home
for the Aged and Infirm at Levindale, Incorporated, and Charles
R. Mering to the Trustees of the Presbytery of Baltimore, dated
April 15, 1930, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5109, folio 371, etc.

To the conveyance contained in a Deed from the Sterling
Realty Company of Baltimore City to the Homestead Methodist
Episcopal Church of Baltimore County, dated November 29,
