To the bequest of three hundred dollars ($300) to the Trus-
tees of the Consistory of the Reformed Church of Jefferson,
Maryland, as contained in the last will and testament of Jennie
E. Bowlus, late of Frederick County, deceased, said will having
been probated by the Orphans' Court of Frederick County on
April 21, 1930, and recorded in the office of the Register of Wills
of Frederick County in Wills Liber C. H. B. No. 2, folio 225,
etc.

To the bequest of one share of George M. Bushey & Son, Inc...
preferred stock, par value of one hundred dollars ($100), and
one hundred dollars ($100) in cash to the Evangelical Luth-
eran Church of Wolfsville, Maryland, as contained in the last
will and testament of Jacob F. Maugans, duly probated by the
Orphans' Court of Frederick County on November 19, 1929,
and recorded in .the office of the Register of Wills in Wills Liber

C.  H. B. No. 1, folio 127, etc. '

To the bequests contained in the last will and testament of
Albert W. Burkhart, late of Frederick County, deceased, which
said will was probated by the Orphans' Court of Frederick
County on February 28, 1910, and recorded in ,the office of the-
Register of Wills of Frederick County in Wills Liber No. W.
B. C. No. 2, folio 210, etc., as follows:

(a)   The sum of two thousand one hundred eighty-one dollars
and four cents ($2,181.04) to the Trustees of the Presbyterian
Church of Frederick City, Maryland, whose correct name is
"Frederick Presbyterian Church."

(b)   The sum of seven hundred twenty-seven dollars and one
cent ($727.01) to the Trustees of Brook Hill Chapel.

(c)   The sum of seven hundred twenty-seven dollars and one
cent ($727.01) to the Trustees of Pleasant Hi'll Chapel.

(d)   The sum of seven hundred twenty-seven dollars and one
cent ($727.01) to the Trustees of the Evangelical Lutheran
Church at Bethel.

To the conveyance contained in a Deed from Frederick B.
Pyle and Virginia C. Pyle, his wife, to the Trinity Evangelical
Lutheran Church of Baltimore, Maryland, dated February 19,
1930, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
in Liber S. C. L. No. 5093, folio 369, etc., property known as
No. 2106 West Baltimore Street.

To the conveyance contained in a Deed from John Clark
Finney to The Forest Park Presbyterian Church of Baltimore
City, a corporation, dated June 15, 1916, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City aforesaid, in Liber S. C. L.
No. 3055, folio 507, etc.

To the conveyance contained in a Deed from Charles T. Leber
and wife to The Forest Park Presbyterian Church of Baltimore
