tees of the Sixth Congregation of the Disciples of Jesus Christ
of Baltimore City, a body corporate, dated the 28th day of
February, 1918, and recorded among the Land Records of Bal-
timore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3188, folio 281, etc.
To the bequests and devises contained in the last will and
testament and the codicil thereto annexed of Harriet Etta Beck-
ner, late of Queen Anne's County, deceased, said will having
been probated by the Orphans' Court for Queen Anne's County
on December 3, 1929, and recorded in the office of the Register
of Wills for said county in Wills Liber W. T. B. No. 3, folio
249, and particularly Item VII of said will and Item III of
said Codicil, by which there was bequeathed in trust for John
C. Story the sum of two thousand dollars ($2,000) for life and
at his death the same to fall into the residue of said estate, and
especially and particularly Item XII of said will and Item
VIII of said Codicil, by which all the rest, residue and remain-
der of said estate was given, devised and bequeathed unto the
Trustees of the Queenstown Methodist Episcopal Church of
Queenstown, Maryland.
