recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 5120, folio 594, etc.

To the bequests and devises contained in the last will and
testament of Franklin Gable, deceased, which said will after be-
ing duly probated is of record in the office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore City, in Wills Liber E. R. D. No. 164, folio
387, etc., of an undivided one-half interest of the rest and residue
of the estate of The Volunteers of America, a corporation of
the State of New York, including therein an undivided one-
half interest in and to the following reversions in fee and annual
ground rents, in Baltimore City, Maryland, to wit:

(a)   An annual ground rent of thirty-six dollars ($36) issu-
ing and payable out of premises known as No. 307 S. Poppleton
Street.

(b)   An annual ground rent of twenty dollars ($20) issuing
and payable out of premises known as No. 1603 Latrobe Street.

(c)   An annual ground rent of twenty dollars ($20) issuing:
and payable out of premises known as No. 1605 Latrobe Street.

(d)   An annual ground rent of thirty-six dollars ($36) issu-
ing and payable out of premises known as No. 916 Ryan Street.

(e)   An annual ground rent of thirty-six dollars ($36) issu-
ing and payable out of premises known as No. 914 Ryan Street.

(f)   An annual ground rent of seventy-two dollars ($72) issu-
ing and payable out of premises known as No. 1034 Argyle
Avenue.

(g)   An annual ground rent of sixty dollars ($60) issuing
and payable out of premises known as No. 2001 Fulton Avenue.

(h) An annual ground rent of fifty dollars ($50) issuing
and payable out of premises known as No. 2307 E. Biddle Street.

To the conveyance contained in a Deed from Samuel Ernst
to American Rescue Workers, a body corporate, dated May 28,
1928, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
in Liber S. C. L. No. 4884, folio 508, etc.

To the conveyance contained in a Deed from Doris Wool-
verton Campbell and Harry L. Campbell, her husband, to the
Vestry of Emmanuel Church of Baltimore, a body corporate,
dated November 30, 1929, and recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5070, folio 127, etc.

To the conveyance contained in a Deed from Eloise M. Sigler
to the Third Reformed Church, a religious corporation, dated
October 4, 1929, and recorded among the Land Records of Bal-
timore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5051, folio 131, etc.

To the bequest to The Home for the Aged of the Methodist
Episcopal Church of Baltimore City, a corporation, as con-
tained in the last will and testament of Sarah C. Coleman, de-
ceased, which said will is dated December 8, 1925, and, after
being duly probated, is of record in the office of the Register
