CHAPTER 79.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 68
of Article 77 of the Annotated Code of Public General Laws
of Maryland, title "Public Education, " sub-title "Chapter 5.
District School Trustees, " in order to authorize the same use
by all veterans' organizations of public school houses as is
now authorized to the American Legion.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 68 of Article 77 of the Annotated
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Public Edu-
cation, " sub-title "Chapter 5. District School Trustees, " is
hereby repealed and re-enacted to read as follows:
68. The County School Superintendents of Maryland be,
and are hereby authorized to enlarge the usefulness and in-
crease the efficiency of public school property by allowing the
use of public school houses for farmers' meetings, public speak-
ings, lectures, entertainments, church festivals, Red Cross
meetings, Y. M. C. A. meetings, meetings and entertainments
of the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, United
Spanish-American War Veterans and other regularly incor-
porated and recognized veterans' associations, and for any other
purposes which are for the civic welfare.

CHAPTER 80.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 33 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1929 Supplement), title "Elections, "
sub-title "Registration, " said new section to be known as
Section 28B and to follow immediately after Section 28A
of said Article, to provide for a new general registration of
all qualified voters of Talbot County in the year 1932 to
supersede all the registers of voters of said county now in
existence.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added to
Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1929 Sup-
