plement), title "Elections, " sub-title "Registration, " said new
section to be known as Section 28B, to follow immediately
after Section 28A of said Article, and to read as follows:
28B. In Talbot County a new general registration of all
the qualified voters of said county shall be made by the boards
of registry of said county in the year 1932. Such new gen-
eral registration shall be made in the same way and under the
same rules and provisions in all respects as are in said Article
33 of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Elections, " sub-
title "Registration, " made for the first general registration; so
far as the same may be applicable, and except as herein modi-
fied. Each Board of Registry shall sit for said new registra-
tion at the place designated by the Board of Supervisors of
Elections on Tuesday, September 13, 1932; Tuesday, Septem-
ber 20, 1932, and Tuesday, September 27, 1932, " and shall
register names of voters on all three days. Tuesday, October
4, 1932, shall be revision day and the several boards of registry
of said county shall meet to revise their respective registries
in the same way and in accordance with the same rules and
provisions in all respects as are in said Article 33 made for
revision of registries. The registry of voters made under the
provisions of this section shall supersede and thereafter be used
in place of the present registry of voters in Talbot County.
Provided, however, that the present registry of voters shall be
used at the primaries to be held in the year 1932, and the said
boards of registry shall sit on the day prescribed by Section
20 of said Article 33 for the intermediate registration of voters
preceding primary elections.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1931.

CHAPTER 81.
AN ACT to authorize the Burgess and Commissioners of
Clearspring, Maryland, to construct, operate and maintain a
system of Water Works and Sewerage for the use and bene-
fit of the inhabitants of Clearspring, in Washington County,
and immediate vicinity thereof, and to issue and sell bonds
to pay the cost for acquisitions and purchases therefor and
the construction thereof.
