(a) To the Rector (at the time of Testatrix's death) of Saint
Michael's Roman Catholic Church of Baltimore City, of the
sum of one hundred dollars ($100) for Masses.
(b). To the Rector (at the time of* Testatrix's death) of Saint
Michael's Roman Catholic Church of Baltimore City, balance of
one-fifth of rest and residue of the Testatrix's estate, for Masses.
To the following Deeds to the Trustees of the Franklin Square
Baptist Church of Baltimore, a body corporate, made to it by
that name and also to "The Franklin Square Baptist Church
Incorporated," as follows:
(a) To the conveyance contained in the Deed from William
D. Poultney and wife to the Trustees of the Franklin Square
Baptist Church of Baltimore, dated June 7, 1910, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
(b) To the conveyance contained in a Deed from Elizabeth
P. Allan to The Franklin Square Baptist Church, Incorporated,
dated May 3, 19.21, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3733, folio 223, etc.
(c) To the Conveyance contained in a Deed from The Loh-
muller Building Company of Baltimore City to the Trustees
of Franklin Square Baptist Church of Baltimore, dated Octo-
ber 2, 1918, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3267, folio 415, etc.
To the following deeds, gifts and bequests to the Maryland
Baptist Union Association, a body corporate of the State of
Maryland:
(a) To the conveyance contained in a deed from the Balti-
more Baptist Church Extension Society, dated March 4, 1930,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber S. C. L. No. 5100, folio 606.
(b) To a gift of one thousand dollars ($1,000) from Fred-
erick W. Bausum, Robert L. Bausum, John E. Bausum and
Benjamin F. Bausum, made in September, 1929, to be known
as the "Fannie Lord Bausum Memorial Fund."
(c) To the gift of six hundred shares of stock of the First
National Bank of Baltimore and one hundred sixty-five shares
of stock of the United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company
from Mrs. Mary Levering Robinson and Mrs. Ethel Levering
Motley, made in April, 1929, to be known as the "Eugene Lever-
ing Memorial Fund."
(d) To the conveyance contained in a Deed from the Trus-
tees of the Franklin Square Baptist Church of Baltimore, dated
March 17, 1930, and recorded among the Land Records of Bal-
timore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5100, folio 604, etc.
(e) To the conveyance contained in a Deed from N. Irvin
Gressitt, Trustee, dated February 21, 1929, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4976,
folio 153, etc.
