1320                        LAWS OF MARYLAND.                 [CH. 526:

(f)   To a gift of fifty shares of par value of $100 each of
6 1/2 % First Preferred stock of the Commercial Credit Com-
pany from Custis W. Woolford, made in May, 1930, and. to be
known as the "Clara W. Woolford Memorial Fund."

(g)   To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Ninian S. Duncan, late of Baltimore City, deceased, of the
principal sum of four thousand forty-two dollars and eighteen
cents ($4,042.18) and also interest in the amount of one thou
sand eight hundred sixty-eight dollars and eight cents
($1868.08), together aggregating five thousand nine hundred
ten dollars and twenty-six cents ($5,910.26), to be known as
the "Ninian S. Duncan Fund," said will being probated by
the Orphans' Court for Baltimore City on February 10, 1921,
and recorded in the office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore
City in Wills Liber H. W. J. No. 137, folio 69, etc.

(h) To the conveyance contained in a Deed from The Title
Holding Company, dated September 26, 1929, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
No. 5048, folio 49, etc.

(i) To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Henry P. Merrill, late of Worcester County, deceased, of the
sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000), the said will being pro-
bated by the Orphans' Court for Worcester County and re-
corded in the office of the Register of Wills for said county, in
Wills Liber P. J. No. 1, folio 148, etc.

(j) To the conveyance contained in a Deed from The Title
Holding Company, dated May 22, 1930, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5122, folio
12, etc.

To the conveyance contained in a Deed from the Rev. Thomas
C. Mulligan to the Payson Street Methodist Protestant Church,
dated May 31, 1922, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3865, folio 425, etc.

To the conveyance contained in a Deed from George Gr. Buck
and Julia N. Buck, his wife, to Brown Memorial Church of the
City of Baltimore, dated July 10, 1930, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 5135,.
folio 479, etc.

To the conveyance contained in a Deed from Northwest Real
Estate Company to the Lafayette Square Presbyterian Church
of Baltimore City, dated April 8, 1929, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4989,
folio 514, etc.

To the bequest to St. Joseph's Seminary of Baltimore City,.
as contained in the last will and testament of Lemuel B. Clark,
late of Howard County, deceased, dated December 11, 1912, and
after being duly probated is of record in the office of the Regis-
ter of iWills for Howard County in Wills Liber R. D. of W.
