the said George R. Gehr in said cemetery and the graves therein
in good order and condition.

(e) To the Safe Deposit and Trust Company of Baltimore,
the sum of five hundred dollars ($500) in trust, the net in-
come arising therefrom to be used for the use of the Sunday
School connected with the Centenary Methodist Episcopal
Church, Westminster, Maryland.

To the bequests contained in ,the last will and testament of
Maria Louise Reifsnider Creecy, deceased, said will being pro-
bated by the Orphans7 Court for Carroll County on October 14,
1930, and recorded in the office of the Register of Wills for said
county in Wills Liber W. F. B. No. 13, folio 590, as follows:

(a)   To Ascension Protestant Episcopal Church of Westmin-
ster, Maryland, one thousand dollars ($1,000) par value Min-
neapolis General Electric Bond and the income therefrom to be
applied towards maintaining the church in repair,

(b)   To the Order of the Holy Cross, West Park, New York,
the sum of one hundred dollars ($100).

To the bequest to Emanuel Baust Church Cemetery Corpora-
tion (Carroll County, Maryland) as contained in the last will
and testament of George F. Morelock, deceased, said will being
probated by the Orphans' Court for Carroll. County on Octo-
ber 14, 1930, and recorded in the office of the Register of Wills
for said county in Wills Liber W. F. B. No. 13, folio 593, etc.,
of the sum of one hundred dollars ($100) to be put at interest
and the proceeds therefrom to be applied towards keeping the
lot in said cemetery, where George F. Morelock's parents are
buried, in good repair.

To the bequest to the Vestry of St. James Protestant Epis-
copal Church of Mount Airy (Carroll County, Maryland), as
contained in the last will and testament of Estelle Waters, de-
ceased, said will being probated by the Orphans' Court for Car-
roll County on November 10, 1930, and recorded in the office
of the Register of Wills for said county in Wills Liber W. F. B.
No. 14, folio 4, of the sum of one hundred dollars ($100).

To the bequest to the Trustees of Pipe Creek Cemetery, (Car-
roll County, Maryland), Church of the Brethren, as contained
in the last will and testament of Mary E. Norris, deceased, said
will being probated by the Orphans' Court for Carroll County
on November 25, 1930, and recorded in the office of the Regis-
ter of Wills for said county in Wills Liber W. F. B. No. 14,
folio 5, etc., of the sum of two hundred dollars ($200), the in-
come to be used for the upkeep and beautifying of said cemetery.

To the bequest to St. Mary's Cemetery Association of Carroll
County, Inc., as contained in the last will and testament of
Alice C. Brown, deceased, said will being probated by the Or-
phans' Court for Carroll County on December 15, 1930, and re-
corded in the office of the Register of Wills for said county in
