tery Fund.

To the bequest to the Church Home and Infirmary located at
Broadway and Fairmount Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland, as
contained in the last will and testament of Cordelia A. Shower,
deceased, said will being probated by the Orphans' Court for
Carroll County on November 4, 1929, and recorded in the office
of the "Register of "Wills of Carroll County in Will Record W.
F. B. No. 13, folio 524, the sum of one hundred dollars* ($100).

To the bequests contained in the last will and testament of
John F. B. "Weaver, deceased, said will being probated by the
Orphans' Court for Carroll County on November 5, 1929, and
recorded in the office of the Register of Wills for said county
in Will Record W. F. B. No. 13, folio 525, etc., as follows:

(a)    To Trinity Reformed Church, Manchester, Carroll
County, Maryland, of the sum of $2,000;

(b)  To Jerusalem Church, in Bachman 's Valley, Carroll County,
Maryland, of the sum of five hundred dollars ($500), the income
to be deposited for the perpetual care of the lots of John and
Lydia Weaver.

To the bequest to the Trustees of Trinity Evangelical Luth-
eran Church of Taneytown, Carroll -County, Maryland, as con-
tained in the last will and testament of Amanda A. L. Wolf,
said will being probated by the Orphans' Court for Carroll
County on April 28, 1930, and recorded in the office of the Reg-
ister of Wills for said county, in Will Record W. F. B. No. 13,
folio 550, of the sum of fifty dollars ($50), the income arising
therefrom to be used in keeping cemetery in repair.

To the bequest to Union Mills Savings Institution, as con-
tained in the last will and testament of Sarah Ann Study, de-
ceased, said will being probated by the Orphans' Court for Car-
roll County on July 7, 1930, and recorded in the office of the
Register of Wills of said county in Will Record W. F. B. No.
13, folio 562, etc., of the sum of one hundred dollars ($100),
the interest to be used for the upkeep of Sarah Ann Study's
lots in Union Cemetery at Silver Run.

To the bequests contained in the last will and testament of
George R. Gehr, deceased, said will being probated by the Or-
phans' Court for Carroll County on August 12, 1930, and re-
corded in the office of the Register of Wills for said county in
Wills Liber W. F. B. No. 13, folio 568, as follows:

(a)   To Centenary Methodist Episcopal Church of Westmin-
ster, Maryland, the sum of five hundred dollars ($500) in trust,
the income arising therefrom for the general expenses of said
Church.

(b)   To Westminster Cemetery Company (Westminster, Car-
roll County), the sum of one hundred dollars ($100) in trust,
the income arising therefrom to be used in keeping the lot of
