being dated February 23, 1929, and recorded among the Land
Records of Cecil County in Liber S. R. A. No. 5, folio 573, etc.

To the bequest of fifty dollars ($50) to the Westminster
Cemetery Company as contained in the last will and testament
of Tannie Cotter, deceased, said will being probated by the
Orphans' Court of Carroll County June 18, 1929, and recorded
in the office of the Register of Wills of said county in Wills
Liber W. F. B. No. 13, folio 498, etc.

To the bequests contained in the last will and testament of
Mary C. Beard, deceased, said will being probated by the Or-
phans' Court of Carroll County on August 13, 1929, and re-
corded in the office of the Register of Wills for said county, in
Wills Liber W. F. B. No. 13, folio 508, etc., as follows:

(a)    To St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Union-
town, Maryland, the sum of $350;

(b)    To the Board of Trustees of Krider's Cemetery (near
Westminster, Maryland), the sum of $225.

To the bequests contained in the last will and testament of
Charles T. Repp, deceased, said will being probated by the Or-
phans' Court for Carroll County on August 20, 1929, and re-
corded in the office of the Register of Wills for said county in
Wills Liber W. F. B. No. 13, folio 511, etc., as follows:

(a)   To Tresslers Orphans' Home, Loysville, Pennslyvania, the
sum of $200;

(b)   To the Trustees of Evangelical Lutheran Church, "Win-
ters Church," the sum of $200;

(c)   To St. Luke's Winters Lutheran Cemetery, the sum of $200.
To the bequests contained in the last will and testament of

Ida H. Repp, deceased, said will being probated by the Orphans'
Court for Carroll County on May 9, 1927, and recorded in the
office of the Register of Wills for Carroll County in Wills Liber
W. F. B. No. 13, folio 323, etc., as follows:

(a)    To the Trustees of Evangelical Lutheran Congregation
of Winters Church, commonly called St. Luke's Winters Evan-
gelical Lutheran Church, the sum of $200;

(b)   To St. Luke's Winters Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery
of Carroll County, Maryland, the sum of $100;

(c)    To Tresslers Orphans' Home of Evangelical Lutheran
Church of General Synod in U. S. A., of Loysville, Pennsylvania,
the sum of $100.

To the bequest to the Trustees of Trinity Evangelical Luth-
eran Church of Taneytown, Carroll County, Maryland, as con-
tained in the last will and testament of Harry A. Allison, de-
ceased, said will being probated by the Orphans' Court for Car-
roll County on September 9, 1929, and recorded in the office of
the Register of Wills for said county.in Will Record W. F. B.
No. 13, folio 515, etc., of the sum of one thousand dollars
