vote shall be counted and canvassed as at general elections
and the Supervisor of Elections shall certify the result of said
election to the clerk of the Circuit Court and to the clerk to
the County Commissioners of Dorchester County. If the ma-
jority of votes cast at said election shall be "For Road Bonds, "
then the County Commissioners of Dorchester County shall be
authorized, directed and required within thirty days to pro-
ceed to carry out the provisions of this Act, but if the majority
of votes shall be cast "Against Road Bonds, " then this Act
shall be of no effect and no bonds shall be issued thereunder.

SEC. 10. And be it further enacted, That in the event that
it shall appear to the County Commissioners of Dorchester
County that a majority of votes cast at the special election pro-
vided for in this Act shall be "For Road Bonds" and bonds are
actually issued under the provisions of this Act, then any
failure to comply with any of the provisions of this Act con-
cerning the conduct of the special election shall not affect the
validity of the bonds issued under the authority of this Act
or impair the right of any holder of such bonds to collect the
principal and interest when due; and no purchaser of any of
the bonds authorized by this Act, and no holder thereof, for
value and in good faith, shall be bound to see to the applica-
tion of the purchase money of said bonds.

SEC. 11. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1st, 1931.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Paragraph

A of Section 38 and Paragraph B of Section 40 of Article
99 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1929 Supplement),
title "Water Fowl—Birds and Game, " sub-title "Water
Fowl and Migratory Birds, Use of Boats Prohibited.
