CHAPTER 514.

AN ACT to promote more economical methods of marketing
farm products by authorizing the State Board of Agriculture
to establish [grades and standards of farm products, both raw
and processed, and receptacles therefor; to provide an inspec-
tion service for such farm products; to devise and provide
for uniform Maryland trademarks, labels and brands and
secure copyrights therefor, and for other purposes.

CHAPTER 515.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 49
and 50 of Article 12 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Garrett County, " sub-title
"Circuit Court. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 49 and 50 of Article 12 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Garrett County, " sub-title "Circuit Court, " be and the same
are repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as fol-
lows:

49.      There shall be two jury and two non-jury regular
common law terms of the Circuit Court for Garrett County, to
be held in Oakland; the two jury terms shall commence on the
third Monday of March and. the second Monday of September,
respectively, in each year; and the two non-jury terms shall
commence on the first Monday of June and the first Monday
of December, respectively, in each year; and to said jury terms
jurors shall be summoned and returned in the mode prescribed
by law.

50.     In all suits and actions at law, except those instituted
under the provisions of Sections 52 to 59, both inclusive, of
this Article, commenced between the first Monday of June,
1931, and the second Monday of September in the same year,
process issued thereon or in connection therewith shall be re-
turnable to the September term, as provided for and fixed by
