which is to be used and expended in the building of a two-room
edition to Crapo High School, at Crapo, (3) forty thousand dol-
lars ($40, 000) of which is to be used and expended in the erec-
tion of a High School building at Vienna upon the land now
owned by the Board of Education of Dorchester County, (4)
twenty-five thousand dollars ($25, 000) of which is to be used and
expended for the purpose of enlarging and repairing the Hur-
lock High School Building, in the town of Hurlock.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That the purchase of the
land for the location of a new colored High School building in
the town of Cambridge and the erection of a new High School
building and. the building of a two-room edition to the Crapo
High School, at Crapo, and the building and erection of a High
School building at Vienna, and for the purpose of enlarging
and repairing the Hurlock High School building in the town
of Hurlock, as provided by this Act, shall be. under the
charge, control and supervision of M. Warren Hooper, Gran-
ville Hooper, Robert Matthews, James S. Joy, Clay Webb,
Norman Short, Eobert L. Hamill, Lloyd Kirwan, J. Keifford
Hall, Clarence Crocheron, Arianna Andrews, William C. Brad-
ley, S. Ellwood Andrews, Wyatt G-. Williams, Willie E.
Hurlock and William F. Jones, who are hereby constituted
High School Building Commission and who shall have the
power to fill all vacancies in said Commission caused by re-
moval, resignation, or of any other cause; said Commission to for-
mally organize within ten days after this Act goes into effect and
who are to be provided by the Board of Education of Dorchester
County with such funds as may be necessary to employ clerical
assistance and for such expenses as said Board of Education of
Dorchester County shall deem necessary to the proper and pro-
ficient performance of the duties of the said Commission; said
Commission shall have authority under this Act to purchase land
for. the site of a new colored High School building in the town
of Cambridge, and for the erection and building of a two-room
edition to Crapo High School, at Crapo, and for the erection
and building of a High School building at Vienna, and for the
purpose of enlarging and repairing the Hurlock High School
Building, in the town of Hurlock, and to adopt plans and
make contracts for the erection of said public school build-
ings, providing that all such plans and contracts shall have
the approval of the Board of Education of Dorchester County
and subject to the approval of the State Superintendent of
Schools, as provided by law, before being legally effective and
binding as provided, further, that the land purchased for the
site of the new colored High School building in Cambridge shall
be granted and conveyed in fee simple to the Board of Educa-
tion for Dorchester County.
