Third: In the event of the insolvency of the corporation,
'the liability of the directors and officers under this section
(87) shall be collectible by the receiver or other person wind-
ing up its affairs, as an asset of said corporation.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted^ That nothing in this
. Act shall be taken or construed as impairing the validity of
any corporate act done or performed in conformity with the
pre-existing law, or as affecting the validity of any corporate
act hereafter done or performed pursuant to corporate action
heretofore taken in conformity with the pre-existing law.

CHAPTER 481.
AN ACT to establish a boundary line between a part of the
land owned by the State at St. Mary's City and that of the
adjoining owners; to grant and quit claim to such adjoining
owners all right of the State in the land lying without such
boundary line; to provide for the execution of a conveyance
on behalf of the State for the same; and to provide for the
grant, conveyance and quit claim to the State of the land
lying within such boundary.
WHEREAS, The State of Maryland owns certain land situ-
ated on the St. Mary's River in St. Mary's County whereon
the St. Mary's Seminary is located and established, being the
land which the State acquired from the Vestry of William and
Mary Parish by deed dated August 24, 1844, and recorded
among the land records of St. Mary's County in Liber J. H.
13, folio 381; and
WHEREAS, Said property on the northeast side thereof ad-
joins the lands of Jeanette E. Brome Howard and Susette I.
Brome Bennett; and
WHEREAS, A dispute has arisen with respect to the boundary
line between said properties; and
WHEREAS, The officials of the St. Mary's Seminary and the
said adjoining owners have, subject to the approval of the
