of all the members elected to each of the two Houses of the
General Assembly, the same shall take effect from the date of

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 106
of Article 81 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1929 Sup-
plement), title "Revenue and Taxes," sub-title "Collateral
Inheritance Tax, " making the increase in the value of the
estate subject to the Collateral Inheritance Tax.

AN ACT to repeal Section 58A of Chapter 99 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, 1920, and to re-enact the
same with amendments and to repeal Sections 267, 268, 269,
270, 271, 272 and 273 of Article 56 of the Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland, title "Licenses, " sub-title "Dog
Licenses in the Counties, " 1929 Supplement to the Annotated
Code of Maryland, so far as said last named sections of said
Article may be in conflict with said Section 58A of Article
10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Dor-
chester County," sub-title "Cambridge. 77
