SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 34 of Article 39 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1929 Supplement), title "Fish and Fisheries, " sub-
title "Further Regulations in County Waters, " be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments to read as
follows:
34. Garrett County. It shall be unlawful for any person to
take or catch fish from or in the Little Savage River and its
tributaries, in Garrett County, Maryland, except during the
trout season, April 1st to June 30th, each year. Any person
violating the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of
a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, fined not less than five
dollars ($5. 00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50. 00).
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted., That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1931.

CHAPTER 425.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Paragraph
(28) of Section 7 of Article 81 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1929 Supplement), title "Revenue and Taxes, " sub-title "Ordinary Taxes, " sub-heading "What Shall Be
Taxed and Where, " so as to include certain large aircraft
in the tax exemption granted to certain vessels in foreign or
coastwise commerce.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland^ That Paragraph (28) of Section 7 of Article 81
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1929 Supplement), title
