CHAPTER 66.

AN ACT to repeal Section 472 of Article 10 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dor-
chester County, " sub-title "Sabbath Breaking, " said section
relating to the hours of work and the sale of merchandise on
the Sabbath Day.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 472 of Article 10 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dor-
chester County, " sub-title "Sabbath Breaking, " be and it is
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1931.

CHAPTER 67.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
238 of Article 12 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1930 Edition), title "Garrett County, " sub-title "Jus-
tices of the Peace and Constables, " and to add one new sec-
tion to said Article, said new section to be known as Sec-
tion 238A, to follow immediately after Section 238 of said
Article, to fix and determine the fees of the Garrett County
Constables in criminal cases, and to make said Constables
take all prisoners before the justice of said county residing
nearest to the place of arrest.
