taining 3, 276 square feet of land. Being the same land which
was acquired by said Board of County Commissioners from
Stanislaus M. Hamilton and wife by deed dated July 9, 1928,
and recorded among said Land Records in Liber No. 464, folio
100.
(c) Beginning for the same at a point on the north side of
Commerce Street and at the end of 266. 14 feet on the fifth
line of a conveyance made the 21st day of January, 1920, by
Fannie Lyddane to Joseph Oliver Moulden and Joseph Albert
Moulden, and of record in Liber 290, folio 209, one of the
Land Records of Montgomery County, Maryland, and running
thence with the north side of Commerce Street extended, and
crossing above conveyance south 82 degrees 18 minutes east
61. 7 feet to an iron pipe on the third line of the above con-
veyance, then leaving said Commerce Street and with the said
third line north 5 degrees 33 minutes 50 seconds east 229. 4
feet to a point on the south side of Madison Street, thence
bounding thereon north 52 degrees 5 minutes 50 seconds west
72. 99 feet, then leaving said Madison Street and with the fifth
line of the above mentioned conveyance south 5 degrees 33
minutes 50 seconds west 266. 14 feet to the place of beginning,
containing 15, 280 square feet of land. It being the same land
which was acquired by said Board of County Commissioners
from Joseph C. Moulden and others by deed dated July 6,
1928, and recorded among the said Land Records in Liber
464, folio 102.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the proceeds de-
rived from the sale of any of the above mentioned parcels of
land shall be expended and applied by said Board of County
Commissioners to the construction, furnishing and equipping
of the Montgomery County Court House and Jail Building,
or a new office building for the Board of County Commission-
ers and Police Substation in the vicinity of Silver Spring, or
for the building, furnishing and equipping of any public build-
ing' in Montgomery County, under the direction and supervi-
sion of the Board of County Commissioners, and for no other
purpose whatsoever.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1931.
