being also the beginning of a conveyance made the 28th day of
July, 1929, by Eugene W. Cissel and wife to Harrison L.
England, and of record in Liber 300, at folio 23, one of the
Land Records of Montgomery County, Maryland, and running
thence with said conveyance and the first line thereof, south
5 degrees 33 minutes 50 seconds west 301. 16 feet to an iron
axle bar at the southeast corner of Jacob Poss's livery stable
lot, then leaving said conveyance and with the north line of
Commerce Street extended, south 82 degrees 18 minutes east
12 feet to the beginning of a conveyance from Harrison L.
England and wife to Stanislaus Murray Hamilton, thence
leaving said Commerce Street and reversely with above men-
tioned. conveyance north 5 degrees 33 minutes 50 seconds east
70 feet, then south 82 degrees 18 minutes east 46. 80 feet to
the west line of lot of J. O. Moulden, thence with said west
line north 5 degrees 33 minutes 50 seconds east 196. 14 feet to
a point on the south side of Madison street, thence bounding
thereon north 52 degrees 5minues 50 seconds west 69. 56 feet
to the place of beginning, containing 13, 394 square ^eet of land-
Being the same land which was acquired by the Board of
County Commissioners from Harrison L. England and wife,
by deed dated July 9, 1928, and recorded among the Land
Records of said county in Liber No. 464, folio 101.

(b) All that tract, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and
being in Montgomery County, State of Maryland, described as
follows: Beginning for the same at a point on the north side
of Commerce Street, said point being also the beginning of a
conveyance made the 25th day of September, 1922, by Har-
rison L. England and wife to Stanislaus Murray Hamilton,
and of record in Liber 320 at folio 469, one of the Land
Records of Montgomery County, Maryland, and running
thence with said conveyance and the north side of Commerce
Street extended, then south 82 degrees 18 minutes east a cor-
rected distance of 46. 8 feet to intersect the fifth line of the
conveyance from Cissel to England and of record in Liber 300,
folio 23, and the west line of Lot of J. O. Moulden, thence
with said fifth line and said west line of Moulden, north 5
degrees 33 minutes 50 seconds east 70 feet, then leaving said
conveyance and paralleling Commerce Street, north 82 degrees
18 minutes west a corrected distance of 46. 80 feet, then paral-
lel with and 12 feet from the first line of conveyance from
Cissel to England as above mentioned, south 5 degrees 33 min-
utes 50 seconds west 70 feet to the place of beginning, con-
