three-fifths of all members elected to each of the two Houses
of the General Assembly, shall take effect from the date of
its passage.

CHAPTER 410.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Bal-
timore County, " said new section to be known as Section
183A under sub-title "Dogs, " and to follow immediately
after Section 183 of said Article, to provide for the licensing
of all organized fox-hound packs containing 25 or more
hounds.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added to
Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Baltimore County, " said new section to be
known as Section 183A under sub-title "Dogs, " and to follow
immediately after Section 183 of said Article and to read as
follows:
Dogs.
183A. It shall be unlawful for any owner or owners of any
organized pack of fox hounds, containing twenty-five or more
hounds, to hunt said hounds without first licensing same as
herein provided. Said license shall be issued by the Clerk of
the Circuit Court for Baltimore County who shall charge
therefor a total of two dollars for each, hound plus a fee of
twenty-five cents to. cover the cost of issuing. Any person, firm,
association or corporation violating any of the provisions of this
section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction
thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hun-
dred ($500. 00) dollars. All license fees and fines to be paid
and credited to the State Game Preservation Fund.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1931.
