251.     To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of William B. Oliver, recorded in the Orphans7
Court of Baltimore City:

(a)   To the Church Home and Infirmary of the City of
Baltimore, $5,000.00.

(b)   To the Vestry of Emmanuel Church, Baltimore,,
$5,000.00, to be used for its corporate purposes but it is my
wish, although I do not direct, that the income therefrom be
applied as far as the same may be proper in the opinion of
said Vestry for the maintenance of the organ heretofore in-
stalled in Emmanuel Church by me.

252.     To the following bequest contained in the 8th item
of the Last Will and Testament of Wilton Snowden, recorded
in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City:

To the Vestry of Grace and St. Peters Church of Balti-
more City, in the Protestant Episcopal Diocese of Maryland,,
$1,000.00.

253.     To the following bequest contained in Item 14 of
the Last Will and Testament of Franklin Gable, recorded in
the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City:

To the Salvation Army, Inc., a body corporate, of the State
of New York, for its corporate uses and purposes; and to the
Volunteers of America, a body corporate, of the State of
New York, to be used exclusively for the benefit of the
Volunteers of America Hospital, in the City of Baltimore.
All the rest and residue and remainder of my estate, real and
personal, and wheresoever situate, I give and devise and be-
queath, in equal shares, absolutely.

254.     To the following bequests contained in Item 6 (a)
and (b) of the Last Will and Testament of Charles H. Car-
land, recorded in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City:

In the event my wife survive me, then I give, devise and
bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,,
real, personal and mixed of whatsoever kind and wheresoever
situate, to the Mercantile Trust & Deposit Company of Balti-
more, in trust for the uses and purposes following:

(a) In trust to collect the income therefrom and after the
payment of taxes and any other necessary expenses including
the usual commission of five per cent, on the income collected
annually for its services in administering said trust, to pay
over or reinvest the net income therefrom and ultimately
dispose of the corpus or principal of said trust as follows:
