(a)   To the Pastor in charge of St. Anthony's Catholic
Church at Mount Saint Mary's, in Frederick County, Mary-
land, $100.00.

(b)   To the Pastor in charge of St. Anthony's Catholic
Church at Mount Saint Mary's, in Frederick County, Mary-
land, $25.00.

(c)   To the Pastor in charge of St. Joseph's Catholic Church
at Emmitsburg, Maryland, $25.00.

(d)   To the Sisters of Charity of St. Joseph's Catholic
Church at Emmitsburg, Maryland, $100.00.

(e)   To the Sisters of Charity of St. Joseph's Catholic
Church at Emmitsburg, Maryland, the rest and residue of said
estate, which, according to the administration account stated
in the Orphans' Court for Frederick County, and finally rati-
fied and confirmed by said court on the 15th day of August,
1930, amounts to the sum of $317.84.

244.     To the bequest contained in Item 4 of the Will of
August 0. Schmidt, of record in the office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore City in Liber E. R. D. No. 160, folio 270

To Third Church of Christ Science of Baltimore, a body
corporate, the cash sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) to
be used for the corporate purposes of said institution.

245.    To the bequest contained in Item 10 of the Will of
Michael Byrne, of record in the office of the Register of Wills
of Baltimore City in Liber E. R. D. No. 164, folio 255:

To the Little Sisters of the Poor, a body corporate, and the-
Saint Vincent Infant Asylum of Baltimore City, in even and
equal shares, absolutely—all the rest and residue of estate and
property, real and personal.

246.     To the following bequests contained in the Will of
Dr. John F. B. Weaver, of Carroll County, Maryland, of rec-
ord in the Orphans' Court of Carroll County, Maryland:

(a)   To Trinity Reformed Church at Manchester, Carroll
County, Maryland, the sum of two thousand dollars and re-
quest that the income therefrom or so much thereof as may be
necessary, be devoted to the perpetual care of my burial lots
in the graveyard of said church and in the Manchester Ceme-
tery.

(b)   To the Reformed Congregation of the Jerusalem
Church in Bachmans Valley, Carroll County, Maryland, the
sum of five hundred dollars and request that the income there-
